How Lambeth Council is organised
Directorates:
The organisation is structured around five directorates, each representing a core functional area of the council and providing clear accountability for service delivery, performance and governance.

Senior management structure
The Senior Team, referred to as the Corporate Leadership Team, is responsible for providing strategic direction and corporate oversight of the organisation, ensuring strong governance, effective performance management and delivery of corporate priorities.
