This role combines statutory leadership with wider system influence. You will work closely with health partners, the voluntary sector, communities and neighbouring boroughs to deliver integrated, high-quality care. Alongside operational oversight, the post carries responsibility for safeguarding, service transformation, workforce leadership and ensuring we maintain strong professional standards while continuously improving outcomes for residents, including those seeking sanctuary in Lambeth.
We are looking for a leader who combines professional credibility with curiosity, pragmatism and compassion – someone comfortable working collaboratively across organisational boundaries and confident providing strategic advice to members and senior colleagues.
